HOW TO USE?

To use the raw Amla, Reetha, Shikakai, Bhringraj, and Hibiscus combo (dried leaves, flowers, or powders) for hair care, first grind them into a fine powder if needed using a blender or mortar-pestle for even mixing and application.

1. Measure and grind
Take equal parts (e.g., 2 tbsp each) of raw Amla pieces, Reetha nuts (deseeded), Shikakai pods, Bhringraj leaves, and Hibiscus flowers/leaves. Dry roast lightly if damp, then grind to powder. Store in airtight jar.

2. Make the paste
Mix 3-4 tbsp total powder with warm water, yogurt, or brewed green tea to form thick, yogurt-like paste. Let sit 10-15 min to activate saponins for lather. Optional: Add 1 tsp coconut oil for conditioning.

🍃 For hair wash/mask
Wet hair, apply paste from scalp to ends, massage 5 min. Cover with shower cap, leave 30-60 min (or 2 hrs for deep treatment). Rinse with cool water only—no shampoo. Use 2x weekly.

Apply warm coconut/sesame oil to scalp 1 hr before paste for better absorption and reduced fall. Ideal for raw form as it binds nutrients.
